your front wheel bearing should be a whole hub assembly instead of the old inner and outter bearing and race..so it comes off when you take the axle nut off..you may need a fourwheel drive socket to fit the nut [auto zone, advance, napa carrys them] the whole thing slides off studs and all..alot sompler than the old way
