To change the wiper inserts on a Honda Fit, first lift the wiper arm away from the windshield. Then, locate the small tab on the wiper blade where it connects to the arm and press it to release the blade. Slide the old insert out and replace it with the new one, ensuring it's securely in place. Finally, reattach the wiper blade to the arm and gently lower it back onto the windshield.
That only works for the front wipers, I'm trying to figure out the rear wiper blade...sorry, but at least I READ your question.
