code 16 is B2290 bad occupancy sensor, it's an airbag safety system code and you can find it under the passengers seat. You can check the wire connections there, but a good scan of the system will need to be done to really isolate the issue.

Two things, one the brake light switch needs to be replaced, it sits on top of the brake pedal. There is a recall for this switch for free, called an N4 recall. If you have not had this done then do so. The last thing thing is you have some bulbs out. They are single filament bulbs.

Aside from checking all the bearings, have you checked the drive shaft for balance? If not, have it done, and at the same time check the U-joints.
There was a recall on GM vehicles for a wiper problem. Mine would do what they wanted to do. A GM dealer can input your VIN number and tell if the recall was done.
