Take it out.
Possibly the headlight relay underhood or headlight module behind glovebox
I had a hard time with this one.. there is a wire latch across the back of the bulb that you need to un-hook before you can take the bulb out. If it is on your driver side you can disconect your coolent container to give you more room. Once you have the bulb out you need to take it out of the "harness" it is in. It took me awhile to figure it out!
The blower motor on a 96 Accord is behind the glovebox. You need to remove the door to the glovebox and the glovebox frame from the dashboard to get to the motor.
undo the couple hex heads that hold the head light assembly in and pull it out then disconect the wiring (quick disconects) then open the plastic compartment and theres a wire that holds the bulb down undo that and pull the bulb out its the same for high and low then re-assemble

To remove the glovebox on a 2006 Renault Clio, first open the glovebox and remove any contents. Then, locate and remove the screws securing the glovebox, typically found along the top and sides. Next, disconnect any electrical connectors if applicable, and gently pull the glovebox out of its hinges. Be careful not to force it, as this could damage the surrounding dashboard.
Locate the rubber housing of the bulb behind the headlight assembly and pull/disconect it. Unscrew all bolts. Lift and pull out the front part of the headlight assembly and replace the bulb making sure the contacts are aligned. Put back and bolt the headlight assembly and plug.
