Check the 30 amp Blower fuse. If not that check the fan relay, if not that check the blower motor directly from a jump on the fan itself.
In the Power Distribution Box in the engine compartment ( Ford recommends disconnecting the battery before servicing anything in the PD BOX ) Fuse # 9 is a red color 50 amp maxi-fuse for the blower motor and blower motor relay

It could be a blown 30 amp blower fuse, it could be a bad resistor pack, it could be a bad fan motor or it could be a faulty relay.
According to the owner's manual in the fuse panel in : Location # 2 is a 7.5 amp fuse for the blower motor relay , air bag diagnostic monitor location # 6 is a 7.5 amp fuse for the rear blower motor (without EATC) location # 35 is a 7.5 amp fuse for the rear blower motor (with EATC) And in your power distribution box in your engine compartment ( Ford recommends disconnecting your battery because PD BOX is live ) IN LOCATION # 2 IS A 40 AMP MAXI-FUSE FOR THE BLOWER MOTOR RELAY in location # 9 is the blower motor relay - Helpfull

I have vintage headlights converted to h4 halogen bulbs, my 30 amp fuse blows when i hit high beam, i was told to install a relay, hoe do i do this??

It's the 7.5 amp fuse in the number 10 spot.
The 63 Pontiac used a 30 amp fuse inline which connected to the battery terminal of the alternator for the A.C. There is also 20 amp fuse in the fuse box labeled HEATER. It's a 40 amp fuse in the fusebox under the hood, driver's side- one of the two center 40 amp fuses
