I have a Toyota and most of the cars today are pretty much the same. My fog lights are located on the arm from the steering wheel that turns on the lights. Look closely and you should see a symbol for fog lights and just turn it to that symbol.
To turn on the fog lights in a 1999 Toyota Solara, first, ensure the headlights are on, as the fog lights only operate with them activated. Locate the fog light switch, which is typically part of the headlight control stalk on the steering column. Rotate or pull the switch to the fog light position, and you should see the fog light indicator on the dashboard illuminate, confirming they are on.
In a 1998 Toyota Avalon XLS, the fog light switch is typically located on the left side of the steering wheel, integrated into the headlight control stalk. To activate the fog lights, you need to turn the headlight switch to the "on" position and then pull or push the stalk to engage the fog lights. If the vehicle is equipped with fog lights, there should be an indicator on the dashboard when they are activated.
If You want them off and you have auto lights turn off the auto to OFF. But i would keep it on Auto because it is so much eayser to see during the day. Also if you have fog lights i would turn those on. They help alot at night.

In a 1991 Toyota Celica, the fuse for the fog lights is typically located in the fuse box under the dashboard on the driver's side. You can identify the specific fuse for the fog lights by checking the diagram on the fuse box cover or the owner's manual. If the fog lights are not functioning, it's a good idea to inspect this fuse first for any signs of damage or a blown connection.
