First you need to make sure u have the exauhst pipes diconnected from the stock manifolds (or if you have headers). the you need a engine hoist, tractor with a loader, or a forklift. then you can wrap a chain around it and pull the engine out. and i forgot you have to everything unhooked or taken off.

Remove the cylinder head from your 1992 Chevy 350 cubic inch engine. Remove the head gasket and clean the surface. Put the new head gasket on and reverse the process.

this is a mechanics job you have to remove inlet manifold, exhaust manifolds, and then remove heads to replace the valves
I call a mechanic, someone who wouldn't ask the internet how to do it
To remove the oil pan from a Chevy 350 engine, first, ensure the vehicle is on a level surface and the engine is cool. Drain the engine oil and remove any components obstructing access to the oil pan, such as the exhaust or crossmember. Unbolt the oil pan from the engine block, carefully prying it loose if necessary, and then remove it from the engine. Clean the mating surfaces before installing a new gasket and reattaching the oil pan.
As long as the 350 is a fuel injected engine / TBI / Throttle Body Injection engine there is NO difference.
Pretty much any 350 Chevy engine from 1968 to 1987 will work.
