I had issues with the arm rest coming loose and wobbling and I ended up removing the driver side arm rest and the passenger side arm rest and swapping the two. To remove the arm rest, peel back the velcro at the base of the arm rest, peeling back the cover and revealing the bolt. Then, simply loosen the bolt using a Torx bit size T60 I believe, and that should remove the arm rest.

How do you remove acuator switch
You must unzip the cover on the bottom of the arm rest and use a "torx" bit to unscrew the armrest!
At the base of the arm where it attaches to the wiper transmission, remove the little black cap (just pry it off ) and tighten the nut under there. A 15- or 16mm socket should do it.
You ,don't just live with it...
You spelled expedition wrong. WOW. I'm in eighth grade you are stupid. just for that i am not answering you.
You must remove the seat from the truck. It is attached to the floor of the cab with 4 bolts, I think. When you get the seat out, turn it over and you will see how the arm rest is attached.
YOU MUST REMOVE DOOR AND WINDOW HANDLES, ARM REST AND THEN YOU CAN POP THE DOOR PANEL WITH A LARGE SCREWDRIVER OR A REMOVAL TOOL FOR THE PASTIC PUSH IN RETAINERS
in the rocker arm cover
on the end that attaches to the side of the back rest there is a zipper. open the zipper, then you can tighten the bolt that holds the arm rest in place. takes about 30 mins & your done. Make sure the arm rest is where you want it as you tighten the bolt.
