To remove the driver side kick panel, start by disconnecting any electrical connectors if applicable, such as those for the courtesy light or speaker. Next, locate and remove any screws or fasteners securing the panel, which may be hidden behind trim pieces or carpet. Gently pull the panel away from the vehicle, taking care not to damage any clips. If necessary, consult your vehicle's service manual for specific instructions and diagrams.
A side panel near your feet on the driver and passenger side. You have to remove the lower sill cover on the entry way to the door before you can remove the kick panel. The kick panel may contain electrical parts and wiring bundles.

The 2000 Chevrolet Blazer passenger side kick panel is held in place by eight retaining bolts. Remove the retaining bolts and the kick panel will come free.

It is behind the driver side kick panel. Left column second fuse from the the top. The fuse should be a 15amp. To remove the kick panel you push remove the side molding/trim first. No worries you can do this with your hands no tools needed
