The trim around the stereo, including AC controls, just pulls out. Not easy to get started but it will come out. No need to removed anything else around the dash board. Make sure you keep it strait as it comes out. There are six locating clips that hold it in place.

Where is the fuse for the radio in a 2000 Hyundai elantra?

In a 2000 Hyundai Elantra, the fuse for the radio is located in the fuse box under the dashboard on the driver’s side. To access it, you'll need to remove the cover and locate the fuse labeled for the radio, which is typically labeled as "Audio" or "Radio." Checking the owner's manual can provide specific details and fuse ratings. If the fuse is blown, replacing it with a new one of the same amperage should restore power to the radio.
