The head restraints in a vehicle are primarily designed to protect the head and neck in case of a rear-end collision. These body parts are most shielded by the head restraints due to the support they provide to reduce the risk of whiplash injuries.
you can't
Active head restraints are a safety feature designed to reduce the risk of injury in the event of a rear-end collision. They are designed to automatically move forward and up in the event of a rear impact, helping to support the head and neck and reduce the risk of whiplash-related injuries.
Head restraints are designed to help reduce the risk of whiplash injuries during rear-end collisions by limiting the backward movement of the head. They provide support for the head and neck, minimizing the distance the head can move in relation to the torso during a sudden impact. Properly adjusted head restraints can significantly enhance occupant safety by absorbing some of the forces experienced in a crash.

Rear seats: Grasp the rear of the bottom cushion and pull upwards and fold the cushion forward towards the back of the front seats. To fold the upper cushions - remove the head restraints - then pull up on the mushroom shaped buttons on top cushion which releases the catch that holds the rear cushion upright - then fold it forward toward the front seat. .
Their is no typical up or down adjustment of the rear headrests. A release button is located to the left of the hazard light button directly in front of the shifter. That will make them fold down. You can also remove the headrests. A procedure for that is outlined in your owners manual. Up an down adjustment is not an option though.

Main objective is to remove sub-woofer
you must remove the bolt behind the rear seat and remove the rear seat then you will see 2 small Allen head bolts remove them and the seat will come right off.
