Just use a flat bar or screw driver and carefully go around the edges and pop them towards you, away from the dash. If you start at the left, you can usually use your hands to pull it the rest of the way off. Before you start, turn the ignition key on, set parking break, then pull your gear shifter all the way down if its automatic. That helps a lot when pulling the dash all the way out. As for the plugs and switches, just gently release them from the back by pressing the tabs. That should get it done.

open driver door look on side of dash remove cover there it is.
the easiest way is to take it to a shop and let them do it, you have to remove the dash to get to it
I believe that one mounts piggy-back on the lower part of the column under the dash.
Remove the glove box on the right inside it well be in the corner with two plugs in it.
