Which speakers and which moulding exactly are you refering to?
If you are talking about the door speakers: Just remove the screws on the panel and inside of the door handle and inside of the armrest on the door there is a screw. Then you must remove the door handle by using a screwdriver to pry off the clip behind the door handle. After that just pop the panel off.
what do you mean remove??. If you want to do so, then I guess start by taking off the molding around the unit (this should be held in by clips) by using a PLASTIC flat head screwdriver (in order not to break the molding). Then continue on by removing the screws that hold your stereo (is it oem?), remove stereo . If you need more help then comment.
The molding around the dash area where the stereo has several hidden screws up under the cross pieces. Remove those and it should pop off. From there the stereo has 4 screws that hold it in place.

Yes, all you have to do in this circumstance is reconnect the speaker cables to the speakers.
before replacing the speakers remove one and try it in another location, same for the back, see if a speaker that you know is good works there. it may be the stereo at fault or bad connections.

On my 1996 Oldsmobile cutlass supreme it was very easy to remove the stereo. The entire plastic molding piece that surrounds the stereo as well as covers the speedometer is attached by some push clips and can be simply pulled off, no screws. Once the plastic surrounding is removed there will be 2 screws holding the stereo in place. Remove the 2 screws and pull the stereo out. Unplug the wire harness and antenna.
