1 you have to remove the shift knob. it unscrews.
2 remove the cover surrounding the shift knob. start from the area where the knob is located and put your hands on both sides on the silver accent and lift up. you have to pull hard, then continue to pull while moving your way down towards the cup holders.
3 once that is off unplug the cigarette lighter.
4 pull off the accent around the radio. its all one piece and you remove it similar to the one surrounding the shift knob. it includes the middle A/C vents, radio cover and the A/C controls
