Place holder/bulb in the housing with the tab oriented to the slot toward the top of the housing. Swing the wire back over the holder and press toward the front then down to replace the end of the wire behind the tab. If the holder moves at all, you don't have the wire secured properly. Replace the rubber seal making sure it is tight on the housing and on the bulb holder. Replace the electrical plug until it pops into place.
