well first you have to get rid of 1999 civics so you can focus on one of them after you do that grab a base ball bat and f*** up the car after you do that file for car insurance. if you do not have any insurance go to a mechanic.

you have to cut in off the shifter its self . but there are no threads to bolt another one on so u must weld a bolt on to the top of the shifter
