To replace the water inlet tube on a 2000 Plymouth Neon, first, ensure the engine is cool and disconnect the negative battery cable. Remove the intake manifold by detaching any necessary components and bolts to access the water inlet tube. Disconnect the old tube from the engine and replace it with the new one, ensuring a secure fit. Reassemble the manifold and reconnect the battery once everything is in place.
