It's been a while since i had mine off, but basically you need to drain the cooling system, remove the battery and panels etc, you need to remove the wiper arms and the whole wiper system tray, which looks scary but unbolts and lifts off in one piece. The thermostate housing is situated at the back right hand side off the engine, it's held in place by three bolts, and you need to disconnect a couple off pipes. You feel like you need to stand on your head to get to it, quite aukward. The thermostat is not removable from the housing, you have to buy the housing, and mine cost me £140 from Chrysler, plus £8 for the gasket. Beware i originally got a thermostat from a pattern supplyer, only to find when i had the car in bit's that it was wrong, and no one else but Chrysler seems to sell it.

While some diesel engines can handle biodiesel blends, it's crucial to check the owner's manual or consult with a dealership to ensure compatibility. Using biodiesel without proper verification may void warranties or cause engine issues.

Hot starting problems on a Chrysler Grand Voyager diesel can be caused by several factors, including a failing fuel pump, weak or failing glow plugs, or issues with the fuel injection system. Additionally, problems with the battery or starter motor can contribute to difficulty in starting the engine when it's warm. Overheating components or air in the fuel system may also exacerbate these issues. Regular maintenance and diagnostics can help identify and resolve these problems.
