It's located on the inside of the fuse door panel.
On mine, it's on the driver's side, just inside the front door, left side under the dash behind a plastic panel. The ECM is there as well and the TCM is just above it.
If the inside of a 95 is the same as a 97 the plastic grill on the door panel covering the speaker should pop off using a flat end screw driver. If theres not then you'll have to remove the door panel, which isn't hard. It can be done in about 5 minutes.
there is small swcrew covers that cover the screws across the bottom and inside the handle there is two screws that need to be removed then carefully pull up on the door and it should come off then unhook the door swithes and there u go
