You can use www.carfax.com they charge $15 for one time or they will let you join for a month and do as many as you want in a month I think its $30. Carfax doesnt really show everything with the vin, it does pull all reported info on the vin and they do guarantee if you find something wrong with the vin that they didn't find they will pay you big $$$$. You can also call the manufacture of the vehicle and they can check the title for free, just call your local dealership and ask for service.

To trace your bike's VIN (Vehicle Identification Number), start by locating the VIN, which is typically found on the frame, near the bottom bracket or the head tube. Once you've located it, you can use online databases or services that specialize in bike registration and theft recovery to check its history. Some local law enforcement agencies may also assist in tracing stolen bikes using the VIN. Always ensure to keep your bike’s documentation secure for future reference.
