If there are no traffic delays, the drive from Vancouver Airport to the Tsawassen ferry terminal shouldn't take more than half an hour. If you are going to the Horseshoe Bay ferry terminal, the trip might take 1.5 hours or more.

No, there is no direct BC ferry route from Kelowna to Vancouver, as Kelowna is located inland in the Okanagan Valley. To travel from Kelowna to Vancouver, you would typically drive or take a bus to the nearest ferry terminal, such as those in Horseshoe Bay or Tsawwassen, and then take a ferry from there to Vancouver. The journey involves a combination of road travel and a ferry crossing.
There are ferry terminals to the North and South of Vancouver. The southern terminal is in Tsawwassen and goes to Schwartz Bay (just north of Victoria, BC). The northern terminal is in Horseshoe Bay and goes to Nanaimo. Both terminals have ferries to the Gulf islands as well. Information can be found on the BC Ferries website provided in the 'related links'.

Since you'll accept anything approximate, I'll pick one of my favorite spots in Vancouver: The car loading area at the Tsawwassen Ferry Terminal is located at 49.0068° north latitude 123.1320° west longitude. Other spots around town, of course, have somewhat different coordinates.
The question makes no sense. How do you get to the City of Nanaimo? By ferry from Vancouver, by air - either float plane to Downtown or an airline to the airport, or by car/bus/train from Victoria (also accessible from Vancouver by ferry).
