540 kilometres taking this route:

  1. Take HIGHWAY 401 - EAST, from London to HIGHWAY 400 - NORTH to BARRIE, at the exit in Toronto. NOTE: if you want to bypass HIGHWAY 401 in Toronto, you can take HIGHWAY 407 ETR (Express Toll Route) - EAST (EXIT 330B off HIGHWAY 401 to get onto HIGHWAY 407 ETR - EAST ; EXIT 66 off HIGHWAY 407 ETR to get onto HIGHWAY 400 - NORTH to BARRIE). Just please keep in mind that the ETR is a very expensive toll road, but will save you time, and it also reduces the distance by a few kilometres as well.
  2. Take HIGHWAY 400 - NORTH to where it continues as HIGHWAY 69.
  3. Continue on HIGHWAY 69 - NORTH to Sudbury.
