They are both far.
To answer this questions you have to consider a few things. For example, you need to discount highways and you need to put a limit on how far outside Melbourne the road extends to. Also, there are plenty of long roads that change name, for example, Wellington Rd is long but then changes to North Road. For this reason, I would say that Springvale Road is by far the longest road in Melbourne. It begins around upper Donvale and ends around the begining of the Mornington Peninsula Freeway.
The distance by road from Norseman, Western Australia, to Melbourne in Victoria is 2698 km. It would take around 32 hours of travelling time, so about 4 days to travel.
The Port of Melbourne is in Melbourne, which is the capital of Victoria.
From Melbourne CBD to Frankston is 53km.
Melbourne is 1,420 miles (2,290 kilometers) from Kalgoorlie.
By road, the shortest distance from the centre of Portland, Oregon, to the Pacific Ocean at Rockaway Beach, OR., is 85.5 miles (137.6 kilometers).

The Great Ocean Road was built by 3000 returned servicemen (or "Diggers") as a war memorial for fellow servicemen who had been killed in the First World War. The idea for the road was suggested as far back as 1864. Surveying began in 1918 and construction took place between 1919 and 1932. Parts of the Great Ocean Road run around steep coastal mountains. These were the trickiest and the final sections to be built. In 1922 the section from Eastern View to Lorne was completed. In 1932 the section from Lorne to Apollo Bay was finished, thus completing the entire road. (Wikipedia ).
