Once you've removed the head, not long at all. You just need a valve spring compressor and fingers that can make those silly retainers fit into the little slots. * Or you can change them with the head still on - just make sure the piston is TDC on the cylinder you are working on - they make a spring compressor that will bolt onto the rocker arm boss for compressing the spring.
No. The valve springs can remain on the head when removing the head.
To change engine valve stems, first remove the cylinder head from the engine and take out the valves. Use a valve spring compressor to carefully remove the valve springs and retainers, then extract the valve stems from the guides. Replace the old valve stems with new ones, ensuring they fit snugly, then reassemble the valve springs and retainers, and reinstall the cylinder head. Always check for proper clearances and ensure everything is lubricated before reassembly.

yes i think you will be all right but i would not rev it up high. the best thing to do is just change the springs they are cheap and you have to put new lifters in anyways if the cam is not roller. they make kits that put air into the cyl so you can change the spring on the car with out the valve falling down and you dont have to take the heads off
no
Depends on the route you take and on traffic. But I would assume at least no longer than an hour maximum

About 13 hours.
They don't.
you should only change the gasket if you have to take the valve cover off....... you should only change the gasket if you have to take the valve cover off.......
