Depends on the time of day and the day of the week. You should be able to do it in an hour and half, but if it is a Friday afternoon in the rain a lot longer. Pure misery. Heavy traffic times are from 6 AM-10 AM M-F and then 3:00PM-7:00 PM M-F. Friday afternoons are always bad with people coming into the area, trying to get home, and others trying to leave.

Once at Union Station you could take either Metro-Rail or Amtrak (both Share the same track and stations) to the Anaheim Stadium Station. (this is about 2 miles from Disneyland) You would then have to take a bus or hire a taxi to take you the rest of the way. This whole trip would cost you about $10.00 and take about an hour.
