I believe that it is somewhere around 16city 27highway for the manual transmission.
I own a 1978 280Z and get 6 to 8 MPG, of course maybe the 383ci 465HP v8 might be the reason........
How many mpg does a 1980 Datsun 280Z with 4 or 6 cyl get?
Yes, the 1978 Datsun 280Z has seat belts.
yes
1975-1978
1 5 3 6 2 4 Just like the 1976 280Z
On a 1978 Nissan 280Z, the PCV valve is located on the under side of the intake manifold. A PCV valve releases pressure from inside the crank case.
The 1975 Datsun 280Z typically achieves around 18-24 miles per gallon (MPG) depending on driving conditions and maintenance. City driving generally yields lower MPG, while highway driving can push it towards the higher end of that range. Overall, the fuel efficiency may vary based on factors like engine condition and driving habits.
Per the 1976 Datsun brochure (280Z and 280Z 2+2):Federal emissions:16 city, 27 hwy (manual) 17 city, 22 hwy (auto)California emissions:17 city, 25 hwy (manual) 17 city, 22 hwy (auto)
2.8L or 2,792 cc
