It all depends on the mileage, the maintenance that has been done, and how it is driven. There are 4 z24's in my driveway now....YES,4. 3 "97's and a "99. The most driven "97 200,000+ miles dont use any at all. I guess because it has been taken care of REALLY well. The "99 75,000 miles may use 1/4qrt per oil change. The '97 with a '96 grand am engine.... milage unknown....(which was abused,I could tell because it was real nasty and had rusty water in it because it overheated) will use 1qrt per oil change. so it matters how you take care of it. A lot like life..."You reap what you soe" .....at oil change w/filter put 5 qrts. in it because when the cam towers of the engine gets full the pan will still be full and if it uses some, it will still have plenty. Change it every 5,000 miles not 3,000... I use valvoline 5w30 and if you add a can of restore to the oil a couple times a year. Also, put lucas in the tranny, you will feel a power increase. There are a few more tricks that you can do to increase power, just ask WiKi.
I'm assuming you mean "hotwire"? Don't try it. You will fry the computer.
Open the hood and look straight down on the front of the motor. It is in front of the motor by the fan.
Well, isn't that a happy little question! To figure this out, we need to know how many milliliters are in a liter. Since there are 1000ml in a liter, a 24l can would be 24,000ml. If we divide 24,000ml by 1500ml, we find that you would need 16 buckets to fill a 24l can. Happy painting!
24L/1500mL = 24/1.5 = 16 buckets.

Johnson outboards, model RDS-24L, would be a 1962 year model, 40 hp. the boat motor is a 50 hp.
On the oil pan.
0.39-0.43 inches
You didn't say which engine, but, The 24L DOHC engine is located in the top coil pack cover It is a rectangle shape plugin next to the fuel lines. On an 2.2L OHV engine follow the plug wires. It will be underneeth the coil pack. Either way the coil packs are sitting on top of the ICM....
