there is no limit as long as you can prove the cars you are selling is not intend to make profit. (this is what i was told by BC dealer association in Surrey.

(but this is stupid policy, it is hard to prove you are not intend to make profit,

e.g.1, you bought a car by $10,000, after use is two month, you need to change it to a SUV by sold the sedan by $12,000, you are not intend to make money, but you got extra dollars.

e.g.2, you bought a car by $10,000, but later you found need to change brake and tires, and timing belt, costs you $1000, but you sold it by $13000, you are not intend to make money, but the buyer willing to pay more! why? the car is repaired,

Can a California-licensed doctor practice in British Columbia?

A California-licensed doctor cannot practice in British Columbia without first obtaining a license from the College of Physicians and Surgeons of British Columbia (CPSBC). The process typically involves submitting proof of qualifications, passing exams, and meeting other requirements set by the CPSBC. Additionally, foreign-trained physicians may need to complete a residency or other evaluations to ensure they meet local standards. Therefore, a California license alone is insufficient for practice in British Columbia.
