It depends on how many miles per gallon (mpg) your vehicle gets on average. All are different. I figured out how many mpg my car gets by filling the tank completely full and then setting the trip gauge under the speedometer to zero. The next time I filled up, I divided the amount of miles I drove on that tank which was 365 by the amount of gallons it took to fill up the car again, which was about 15. My average mpg were about 24. For me to go 2000 miles, I would then divide 2000 by 24. Which tells me I would need about 83 gallons of diesel for the trip. Hope this helps.

The cost of diesel fuel to travel hundred and 70 miles is dependent upon the type of vehicle and the price of the diesel feel. Diesel feel cost approximately $3.50 per gallon. The average vehicle will need five to ten gallons of fuel.
depends on the car or is it a semi... Big trucks usaully get about 5-7 miles per gallon, cars and pickups much better mpg.
According to the 2000 Ford F-250 , 7.3 liter diesel supplement : With engine oil filter change : ( 15.0 U.S. quarts )
To estimate the cost of driving 2,000 miles in diesel, you'll need to know your vehicle's fuel efficiency (miles per gallon) and the current price of diesel per gallon. For example, if your vehicle gets 25 miles per gallon and diesel costs $4 per gallon, it would take 80 gallons of diesel to cover 2,000 miles (2,000 miles ÷ 25 mpg). Multiplying the gallons by the price per gallon, the cost would be approximately $320 (80 gallons × $4). Adjust the figures based on your vehicle's efficiency and local diesel prices for a more accurate estimate.
I own a diesel (1.9dti) Renault megane 2000 edition. I change the brake pads(front) every 15000 Miles approximately.
Need to know specifics of the truck. Diesel is available in Class 1 through Class 8 trucks - the fuel mileage will vary greatly between the types.
How far is 2000 miles ?? is 2000 miles ( two thousand miles) However if you mean the speed , then we need to know the time taken to cover the distance.
The "Dodge" diesel is actually a Cummins heavy truck engine. With proper maintenance, it should last about 250,000 miles. The injectors will need replacing every 100,000 miles.
To estimate the amount of diesel needed to travel 400 miles in a vehicle with a 2500 cc engine, you need to know the vehicle's fuel efficiency, typically measured in miles per gallon (mpg) or liters per 100 kilometers (L/100km). A common fuel economy for a 2500 cc diesel engine might be around 25-30 mpg. Assuming an average of 27 mpg, you would need approximately 14.8 gallons of diesel for a 400-mile trip. Always check the specific vehicle's fuel efficiency for a more accurate calculation.
The number of miles you can drive on 50 pounds of diesel depends on the price per liter or gallon of diesel and the fuel efficiency of your vehicle. For example, if diesel costs £1.50 per liter and your vehicle averages 40 miles per gallon, you would get approximately 333 miles from 50 pounds. However, you'll need to adjust these calculations based on current prices and your specific vehicle's mileage.
