There are innumerable points for the leak, cost for repair will depend on where it is. You can drive the car only if the leak is minor and the temperature gauge shows normal temperature.
Yes, If to much leaks out this will cause the engine to over heat, smoke and or stall hence the name engine COOLant :)
That isn't much consumption.. If it buggs you take it to a garage and have them give you an estimate.
Depending on how much you're loosing, it's probably a blown head gasket. If you are loosing coolant and have no leaks anywhere, that's about the only other place to look at. Not all head gaskets that blow leak water into the oil or overheat. Especially in the beginning. If you continue to drive it, one of the aforementioned problems will more than likely start to occur.
I should have bought the 750 model. They don't leak coolant. (as often). However they still carry the old name "Gay Blade" The other Honda riders in the club give me a hard time but I know I am straight. My wife refuses to ride with me though as she heard the same stories when she was growing up. Her father insists she not ride on it for this reason. Very much a redneck. I still love my bike though...but not as much as my wife. Frank. Fairbanks, AK
Nothing all overfloo is extra coolant latter the car will be are on the normal level of coolant after a couple miles.of drive.
No, if anything it would get cooler from having too much. -You have a different problem, possibly a coolant leak.
You do not recharge coolant, you replace it. If you are referring to refrigerant in the A/C unit, then first you need to have the leak repaired. It would not need recharging unless it is leaking. It is illegal to add refrigerant to a system that is leaking without repairing the leak. This is a job for a professional with the proper tools and knowledge. This is not a DIY repair. The cost depends on where the leak is.
What color is the smoke??? White=coolant leak Blue=oil leak Black=rich condition... too much fuel in system
Either a leak or depending on how much u drive
That depends on whether the radiator is emty. If it is you will need approx. 2 gallons of 50/50 mix of water and coolant. Anytime you need to add fluid check for a leak.
you can drive it but it's not the best thing in the world to do... 1st make sure to add the needed amount of oil before you start out... then stop after a few minutes to see if you've lost any or how much... this will tell you how often to stop to add more oil... if you run out of oil, you destroy the bike and it'll cost MUCH more to fix than the simple oil leak
There is no amount of alcohol one can drink and still SAFELY drive a car.
