I was hired on as a part sales manager in s/e NC at 11 dollars per hour. After one year I was getting 12.50 per hour. I'm on my second year now and have been offered management position starting around 40k. I will NOT take a management position. AZ really treats the store managers like crap. I am looking for another job. Avoid AZ at all costs unless you just have to take the job.
