I have a 2006 Scion TC that Ive already put 120k miles on from commuting back and forth on the LA freeways for work. Ive never had any major problems and it still runs like a charm. Toyota doesn't skimp or disappoint on quality. I expect to put 200k miles on this.
Fill it till all the cooling veins are covered with antifreeze and distilled water depending on you environment.

A mixture of 50% clean water and 50% straight antifreeze or you can buy coolant already mixed from your local auto parts store.
Water can be entered into the radiator in a Toyota Celica by way of the radiator cap. It is no longer recommended to use plain water in a radiator. The proper fluid to use on most vehicles is antifreeze that is mixed at least to a 50/50 blend.
