Three of four screws at the top of the Instrument panel shroud should be removed. Remove the screws and the shroud. You will probably have to remove both the upper and lower dash covers. Then look for 4-5 screws holding the instrument cluster in. It may be necessary to loosen the steering column also, held in place by several bolts.
