- 8 oz. Carnauba wax
2 tbsp. yellow beeswax
16 fluid oz. turpentine. Heat the beeswax and the carnauba wax in the top of a double boiler.Stir the waxes until they mix together. Set aside to cool until it is just starting to get hard. Mix in the pine oil and the turpentine. Dip a clean towel or rag into the mixture to polish your car. Rub the wax onto the surface of your car in sections so the wax doesn't dry too quickly. Polish the area to a shine with a soft clean cloth, towel or rag.
