Sure you can part it out. I have no clue what you mean by sell the Vin and title. You can sell what is left of the car to a salvage yard, but the VIN # & Title stays with the car.
if u have the title and its under ur name u can sell the car to any1.
You cannot sell a car you have a loan on if the lender has a lien on the vehicle. You will need permission from the lien holder to sell the car. If the lender has no lien on the vehicle then you can sell it if you wish. The title will list any lien holder.
umm... not sure in all states but yea. Its called stealing with out the title. If you really want to know check your local state tax commission.
Part it out ... find all the usable parts that still work and sell those and junk the rest. Sometimes people can donate to a worthy cause group and take it as a tax deduction off income tax.
no you may not sell a car without a title if you want to sell a car you need a title
You can sell a car with no title but the consumer cannot register it without a title.
Yes you must have a title to sell the car. If you do not have a title contact your local DMV for advise on how to get a title.
You can sell a car without a title. Most people will sell them as parts cars. If the car ever had a title in your name then you can go to the court house and get a lost title for it. If you never had the car in your name you will have to tell and buyers that it does not have a title. It will sell for less than if it had a title but you can still sell it.
Contact the bank. You can't sell it without the title.
Not unless she holds title as a surviving owner.
Pay for it yourself and fix it or sell it to a junkyard, up to you.
I know in MA that the title is considered a legal document. You are not allowed to sell a car without the title.
