I bought a wax pot heater from a shop. The wax pot heater broke first time I used it I took straight back to the shop where I made the purchase And they exchanged the wax pot heater for me with no problem. Over a month later I was asked to ring the shop. They now want me to pay for the wax heater again. What are my rights and should I have to as it was not a money exchange?

Is it wise too purchase a 1995 deville 4.9 with 227000 miles on it?

You already know the answer to this question. It is a Cadillac with 227,000 mile on it. Cadillac parts are expensive. Cars with 227,000 miles on them are naturally going to need repairs. Unless you can buy this car for very little money, and it has been taken care of, my answer would be no, it is not wise. You will spend money on repairs and if parts such as the transmission go out, you will spend plenty. The bottom line is what is the purchase price, and what shape the car is in. If you decide to purchase the car, expect to spend money on repairs, because you will sooner or later.

He broke up with you but called a month later?

ni go out with him. he might be using u

You just bought a used car with a fifty percent warranty on repairs and parts and the transmission went out on it a week and a half later what can I do?

Ask for a full refund of all money spent for purchase and tags. Check to see if you have any rights under the consumer laws in your jurisdiction. Some states have a lemon law.

Do you have to replace the timing belt on a 1996 4 Runner?

HAVE TO? Not unless there is something wrong with it. If you are doing some repairs and are in there anyway I would go ahead and do it tho. The cost for the belt is not much and it could save repairs later.
