I don't know about the truffle but you get the dreamers tear in the dreamland, its in mysten far which you can only get to by dragon you get the dragon from the southern isle, you have to have a skudder first you get the skudder in Sedona on the western isle. If you want a map you can download it from amaranthia.com they have loads of cheats and goodies for the game.
