You need to have the seller fill out all information required (Odometer Reading, Sale Price, ETC.) Both of you then need to sign it accordingly and have the title notarized. THen you need to go to the courthouse (seller does not need to be present now) and have the title officially transferred. You will have to pay sales tax on the purchase price and the title fee which I believe is 12 to 16 dollars.
Depends on what state.

Eight U.S. Presidents were born in Virginia, earning the state the nickname "Mother of Presidents." (Ohio has seven, plus W.H. Harrison who lived in the state and held office there. )
