Generally, a red light means "stop," but in many cities, it is permitted to make a right turn on red, with caution, if it is safe to do so (no other cars are coming). But as you have noticed, there are exceptions. If you see a sign that says "no right turn on red," that means that specific red light requires a full stop, and you may not make a right turn until the light changes to green. In other words, if you do not see any signs, you generally are allowed to make a right turn on red. If you do see a sign, you are not allowed to make a right turn on red.
No, it is not legal to make a right turn on red at an intersection where there is a "no right on red" sign posted.

There is no right of rescission on the purchase of an automobile. That only applies to unsolicited sales.

Cornering fog lights are fog lights that permanently point to the right or left and only come on when turning in their direction. That is, if you turn right the right fog light comes on so you can better see where you are turning into.
Mine started doing it right after I had the tires rotated. Not sure if this applies to the problem or not.
NO!! That law only applies to the purchase of unsolicited items and not to the purchase of a vehicle. No state law applies to vehicles.
No, bikes do not have the legal right to run red lights. Cyclists are required to follow the same traffic laws as vehicles and must stop at red lights.
