Considering they are completely up-front with regards their contact details, they are unlikely to be a scam. However, you will not receive a huge amount of money for your damaged vehicle; they are scrap merchants and will pay as little as they can possibly get away with in order to maximise their profits. Bear in mind they are both collecting the vehicle and paying you for the privilege of taking it off your hands so, if your vehicle is beyond economic repair, then it may well be the best option. But it pays to shop around. Scrap merchants are as competitive as everyone else, so get the best possible price before agreeing to hand over your vehicle.
