I signed a credit agreement and contract with a dealership however changed my mind the following day as another dealer who I had also visited contacted me with a better offer. At first the delaership refused to give me any money back (I had left a 200 deposit) however I kept on at them on the phone and I wrote to the general manager of the dealership who in the end agreed to give me my money back. So I would say legally they musnt be able to keep your money or I am sure the dealer would have done so in my case.
