DOHC you will find an aluminum housing with two bolts facing the radiator placed in between hoses on the drivers side of you motor. they will be between the motor and the battery just below the battery tray. if you remove the two bolts the housing will separate and expose the thermostat. Note weep hole goes in upwards.
