Actually, the AC is always blowing cold air. Its just that sometimes your nerves can't feel it because your body is used to it.
It doesn't really blow it out it just warms the cold air.
it could be the heater core and ac housing unit that allows hot air to be mixed with the cold air or it could just cancel out the cold due to the motion of the car
just leave them lying until the wind blows them away
Brake fluid may be a bit low. Cold weather will contract it, when it warms up it will expand and light will go off. Try adding just a little fluid. If the brake pedal ever feels "mushy", especially in cold weather it also could be a failing master brake cylinder.
If the air conditioning pump in the 1993 Chevy Z24 blows perfectly, but won't get cold, it is possible that the Freon needs to be recharged in the air conditioning unit. This can usually be done for about $40 by the consumer.
Sounds like it needs a new thermostat.
Not much. You can't control who you like. Just wait until it blows over.
Vietnam was just one of the physical "blows" of the cold war. Other than those "physical contacts", the cold war was simply a military stand-off (not doing anything, just seeing who could "better the other" on weapon construction(s)
