i want to know if my payment is in the post office
I want to know what it is.
Apparently I took out a life insurance policy with Prudential which use's my annual payment to cover some sort of loan. I try calling them but no one seems to know what I am talking about. I tried the agent, he told me to call the company, they told me I took a loan back in 1989, however I never received any money, but have noticed the payment is what seems to be bringing this graduated payment down, so now I am really confused, can you help me?

As far as I know, no insurance company provides grace periods. Usually they will cancel your policy if payment is not received by a certain time and date on your monthly bill. If a grace period is provided, they will note it on your bill.
Just want to know what is a replevin bond in relation to an insurance policy.
want to know how to process a claim for policy UFLIC30
This may depend on your insurance companies own internal rules and policies. NJ does have some interesting insurance law but I don't know if it gets this detailed as to regulate the reinstatment of a policy that has lapsed for non payment of premium.
I don't know about the term 'expire' if you do not pay your premiums you could certainly run the risk of your policy canceling for non payment.
call the company and give them your info. they can tell you. and its not a good idea at all to post your policy number online at all !!!!!!!....unless you want a swindler to have access to your policy!!
It's an account payment option thing, I don't know how to fix it but if you want to remove your payment option you best call Microsoft.
