Code 11 just means that the engine has not been cranked since the battery was disconnected. Battery disconnection usually erases any stored fault codes, so it's just letting you know that there are no fault codes stored because the power was disconnected and the engine hasn't been run, as opposed to there being no faults to record. Faults cannot be detected and recorded until the engine runs.

That mean that you have a problem with the engine. If you can read the engine codes you could get an answer for the problem. Repairs manual have the instructions of how to read the codes. Faulty computer also turn on the engine symbol.
There are no codes 112 or 114 for any Dodge Dakotas, perhaps you mean 12 and 14? Code 12 means: memory standby power lost. (Your battery has been disconnected recently or there is a short between the battery and the engine control module) Code 14 means: MAP (Manifold Absolute Pressure) sensor electrical circuit.
