Your scrdw. You probably where pulled over for speeding and that does not help your case. The best thing you can do (which is what you should have already done in the first place) is complete a Motorcycle Safety Course ASAP and get your motorcycle endorsement before your mandatory court date. Operating a motorcycle with out the endorsement is a Criminal Charge so don't p/o the cop. Chances are he has a motorcycle endorsement and thinks your a moron for telling him you weren't aware of the necessity of one. Then, after you thumb print your $750 bill for a criminal certification, he will tell you, "You can not operate your motorcycle." And then he will drive off and leave you sitting on a bridge in the dark. By the time he is pulling off you need to realize that means get on your bike and get the hell out of there before some drunk driver kills you. This happened to me. I would rather have hauled my bike off and not received the tickets than him encouraging me ride off after informing me i was committing a criminal act. Getting the bike off the road is the issue, but they would rather charge you criminally, write you up then let you pull off. Proof that its all about the money.
yes
Can u buy a motorcycle without a license in Florida
No
It varies from state to state. Here in Florida, not having your license is a $74.50 ticket. Driving without ever having obtained a valid license is a mandatory court appearance.
fined and motorcycle taken/towed
In Florida, you must first have a valid driver's license before you can obtain a motorcycle license. If you don’t already have a driver's license, you’ll need to apply for that first. Once you have your driver's license, you can then apply for a motorcycle endorsement (Class M) by passing the required knowledge and riding skills tests, or by completing a motorcycle safety course.
If you operate any two wheel motorcycle with an engine size greater than 50 cc, a motorcycle endorsement on your driver license or a motorcycle-only license is required.
In the state of Florida you need a special endorsement on your drivers license in order to ride and rent a motorcycle. You must also take and pass a basic rider course to get the endorsement.
Go down to your local Florida DMV and apply for either a Motorcycle Endorsement if you already have a Florida drivers license or a Motorcycle only license if that is all you want. You will have to take the Class E drivers test and complete the Basic Riders Course in order to get the license. In order to get an endorsement you will also have to have complete the Florida Rider Program.
no you can not. In Florida you have to have endorsement on license before you can legally ride a motorcycle
You would probably get arrested
Yes, anything over 50cc and up requires a motorcycle endorsed license in Florida. Mopeds and motorcycles under 50cc require no special endorsement, and auto license is suitable.
