The quickest way to Paddington from Terminal 4 at Heathrow Airport is by train. There are 2 train services to choose from. The Heathrow Express is faster (at around 15 minutes) and more frequent, but more expensive. Heathrow Connect takes 25 minutes, but is cheaper.
There is no direct train service between Heathrow and Truro. Your best (and cheapest) option would be to take a bus to Reading (pronounced redding) and then get a train from there directly to Truro. The journey takes about 5 hours.
