Biggest problem I can think of is if they somehow make it past your air filter and get back to your throttle body. May cause rough idle, low idle, hesitation, etc. I would think it would take a lot of leaves to really cause a problem, though.

What does it mean when a car leaks oil?

It depends on where is the oil leaking. I may be caused by a worn or defective oil retainer, if there is one on the leaking place. And depends also of which kind of oil you are referring to. Additional Question: The leak is on the passenger side of the engine and appears to be more towards the rear rather than the front of the engine. If you park it seems to not just leak a couple drops but leaves a puddle very quickly and leaves a trail of oil when move the car. The engine runs normal and does not have any unusual sounds.
