Dirty condenser coils or low of refrigerant. I need to elaborate a little more. System is not low of refrigerant. 2000 RPM high side pressure is around 310 psi low side pressure is around 17 psi. A/C cools great, but compressor never disengauges and evaporator freezes up. Condenser is clean on the outside. I'm thinking that something may be stopped up. Expansion valve maybe? Or is it just a switch? I doubt that it's because of low refrigerant! I'd check the cycling switch first...

Uncertain what is being asked. Yes, you can add anti-freeze to the cooling system in this manner, but not to add any more than just a small amount. If you need to introduce enough anti-freeze into your system in order to winterize it, you should drain, flush, and re-fill the cooling system in the normal fashion.

I am not exactly sure of what you are asking but there is not an evaporator valve. There is an evaporator core that resembles a radiator and there are not any parts that can stick. The only problem they have is leaking. There is an orfice that goes in the inlet to the evaporator and it has no moving parts.It can get stopped up and cause the high side pressure to get higher than normal.
Not sure of the question. Normal AC use will cause the evaporator to pull moisture out of the air which then leaves a small puddle of water about under the car approximately under the feet of the front passengers
