Remove the belt from your 1999 Dodge Grand Voyager air conditioner condenser. Remove the air conditioning hoses from your condenser. Remove the condenser retaining bolts. Remove the condenser wiring harness. Reverse the process to install your new air conditioning condenser.
A Dodge Neon does not have a mass airflow sensor.
I have never heard of any wiring to a condenser on any car. The condenser carries the refrigerant in an air conditioner system.
The 1997 Dodge Neon air conditioning recharging port can be found on the top of the air conditioner compressor. The low pressure port will be labeled as such.

The Dodge Neon does not have a MAF (Mass Air Flow) Sensor. It does, however, have a MAP (Mass Air Pressure) sensor located on the intake manifold between the two left runners.
The EGR valve on a Dodge Neon is located on the intake manifold. You will find the EGR valve by removing the air intake plenum, the air filter, the air filter housing, and flex hose that leads from the housing to the throttle valve.
